Current students no longer need to bring health insurance forms to the Registrar’s Office nor mail the forms to the office. You may now request enrollment verification online and get an immediate response, through the National Student Clearinghouse. Please share this information with parents. Please follow the instructions below to verify your enrollment.
- Log on to BannerWeb. (Username and PIN required)
- Select Student, then Student Records.
- Scroll down and click on National Student Clearinghouse.
- Select enrollment for ALL semesters. The form will appear on the screen.
- Print the form and mail or fax it to the requestor.
- You may bring the form to the Registrar’s Office to have the college’s stamp and seal placed on it.
