Laundry machine problems

(Make sure to know the number of the washer or dryer on which you’re reporting. If asked for a password, it’s “bluehose.”)
All maintenance requests are handled through the SchoolDude reporting system. This allows requests to get to the appropriate people in a timely manner. To use the system:
- Go to http://www.presby.edu/maintenance/requests.html
- Click on My Work Request.
- When prompted, enter your PC email address.
- If you are a returning user, it will take you to the work request form. If you are a new user, enter all your contact information.
- At the work request screen, select the location of the problem (building, floor, room number), as well as the type of problem.
- If it is an emergency, check the appropriate box. (Please see below for what is defined as an emergency.)
- Describe your problem in detail.
- Select the type of maintenance being done (general, vandalism repair, etc.)
- Type “password” in the password box and click submit.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
- Do not submit multiple requests for the same problem. If a problem has not been addressed in a reasonable amount of time, contact your Coordinator, and he/she will follow up appropriately.
- Do not select “emergency maintenance” if the problem is not a clear emergency.
- Make sure to report a problem using your account. Do not report a problem for someone else using their information.
