Single Rooms
**The deadline to request a single room has now passed.
The College has a very limited number of single-occupancy private rooms on campus. Individuals will be placed in single rooms at the discretion of the Residence Life Office, based on both need and desire. Single-occupancy rooms for 2010-2011 cost was $2635 per semester, while double rooms were $2130 per semester. The College has not set the costs for 2011-2012 yet.
All Single Room Request Forms must be submitted no later than Friday, March 18, 2011 at 12:00 noon. Requests made under the American with Disabilities Act should include doctor's verification of condition. Students will be assigned single rooms based on their lottery numbers and will receive notification of their room assignment by March 30, 2011..
Students requesting a single room should have a back-up plan. Students who do not receive single rooms via the process outlined-above must go through the Housing Lottery process with a roommate in order to receive a housing assignment for next academic year. It is important to know that we will only fill the number of single-occupancy, private rooms on campus. Super-Singles (double-occupancy rooms rented as a single) are NOT available during the fall semester.
