Cadre

The Highlander Battalion cadre are responsible for enforcing the standards set by the Professor of Military Science, Lieutenant Colonel Shane Baker. The cadre instruct, motivate, train, evaluate and provide feedback to each cadet. The cadre ensures that the cadets are not only prepared to be successful in their cadet life, but that each cadet is provided the tools to be effective leaders after graduation.
