Fraternities
The fraternities at PC are all part of the North-American Interfraternity Conference (NIC), which means that they are chapters of national fraternities. The mission of the North-American Interfraternity Conference is to serve to “advocate the needs of its member fraternities through enrichment of the fraternity experience.”*
PC has a total of six national fraternity chapters on campus.
Alpha Sigma Phi (Clint Lasseter: cslassete@presby.edu)
Kappa Alpha (Cameron Lawson: mclawson@presby.edu)
Pi Kappa Alpha (Jackson Smith: jacksonsmith@pikemu.com)
Pi Kappa Phi (Adam Peterson: awpeterso@presby.edu)
Sigma Nu (Wilson Kennedy: wmkennedy@presby.edu)
Theta Chi(Cole Winburn: cawinburn@presby.edu)

Sororities
The sororities at PC are also a part of the national chapter system, the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC or PHC). Their “vision” is that the NPC “will be the premier advocacy and support organization for its members, member groups, college and alumnae panhellenics and a proponent of women’s fraternity membership.”*
PC has three National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sororities:
Alpha Delta Pi (Rachel Fogle: refogle@presby.edu)
Sigma Sigma Sigma (Jeanette Traver: jltraver@presby.edu)

Miscellaneous Information
- Approximately 43% of the male student body and 38% of the female student body is Greek.
- Male and female Greek recruitment is under the careful regulation of the college Office of Greek Life, the Interfraternity Council and the Panhellenic Council.
- Recruitment takes place in the fall.
- PC also has a chapter of the Order of Omega National Greek Honor Society that recognizes Greek members who display outstanding commitments to scholarship and service.
The institution recognizes that Greek life offers unique opportunities for leadership as well as social and moral development.
Sororities and fraternities share responsibility with the college for facilitating the learning process for students and for cultivating an environment that enriches the campus and the educational experience.
While recognizing that social interaction is a major component of Greek life, the college holds its Greek-letter organizations to the Christian ideals upon which they were founded and declines to endorse any fraternity or sorority that wishes to function merely as a “social club.”
