Recycling

Why recycle? That’s easy: because it’s the right thing to do. Because it keeps unnecessary items out of landfills. Because it’s good for the planet.

What, where, and how to recycle? That’s easy too:

Aluminum, glass, paper, plastic
Each residence hall and academic building has at least one set of bins for aluminum, glass, paper, and plastic. Please place each item in its appropriately labeled bin. If you have questions about the bins in your residence hall, please ask your CA.

Cardboard
Small amounts of cardboard can be placed near a designated recycling center. Please take large amounts of cardboard to the Recycling Center tent behind GDH. Since PC donates cardboard to Open Door Christian Ministry in Clinton, please take advantage of this simple act to help those in need.

E-waste
Please place electronic waste such as batteries, cell phones, cell phone chargers, computers and computer equipment, and print cartridges in the green rectangular bins in the Springs Campus Center. If you have large items, please contact Les Jones at ljones@presby.edu.

… And PC recycles at events too!
Recycling stations will be available at events across campus. Please place the appropriate commodity in the appropriately labeled bin.
