Happy Wheels Toy Drive

Happy Wheels is a non-profit organization sponsored by some of the children’s hospitals in the Greenville, Columbia and Charleston areas of South Carolina. Happy Wheels volunteers push a cart of toys and books down the hallways of these three cities children hospitals each week. During this time, they allow each inpatient child to pick a toy off of the cart that they can keep to help make their stay more enjoyable. All of the toys are given to the children by people’s generous monetary donations and donations of new (not used) toys and other items. The age ranges of the children and some suggested items for each age group are found below:

  • 0-3 years
  • Rattles, teething rings, baby dolls, blankets, anything that makes sound/has light
