Make sure you get your free PC tartan koozie by registering for Homecoming by October 18. What better way to show your Blue Pride this year than with your very own koozie available only to PC alumni, students, or professors who pre-register?

 

Friday, October 25

10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Visit Scotsman’s Corner, Greenville Dining Hall
Visit the PC spirit store to get all the necessities for your weekend on campus.

2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. Pick up Your Homecoming Weekend Schedule and Name tag, Information Booth (Gazebo on S. Adair Street)

Homecoming Weekend schedules and campus maps will be available, and those who pre-register for Homecoming Weekend on or before Friday, October 18 will also receive a name tag and a PC Tartan koozie!

2:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.  Tour PC’s College Archives & Special Collections, James H. Thomason Library

Stop by the College Archives & Special Collections on the upper level of the James H. Thomason Library for tours of the Founders Library, home to books and personal items belonging to Dr. William P. Jacobs, the founder of this great institution.  Tours are also available for the Jackson-Arnold Collection featuring a bed slept in by a well-known Confederate general.  Yearbooks will be available for browsing and remembrance and questions are always welcome!

5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.   Ben Hay Hammet Society Reception, President’s Home

Honoring the Class of 1963 & all Ben Hay Hammet Society members

This exclusive Society includes and celebrates all Presbyterian College alumni who graduated 50 or more years ago from our beloved alma mater.  Hosted by PC’s First Family, Dr. and Mrs. Lilly, you’re not going to want to miss this event.

7:00 p.m.   Class of 1963 Reunion, Harper Center for the Arts

You’ve waited 50 years for this – now come celebrate with your classmates!  The Class of 1963 Reunion dinner and program will be held immediately following the Ben Hay Hammet Society Reception.  Registration fee: $40 per person.

Saturday, October 26

8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.  Pick up your Homecoming Weekend Schedule and Name tag, Information Booth (Gazebo on S. Adair Street)

Homecoming Weekend schedules and campus maps will be available for those who arrive on campus Saturday morning. And those who pre-register for Homecoming Weekend on or before Friday, October 18 will also receive a name tag and a PC Tartan koozie!

9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.  Alumni Breakfast and Reunion Class Pictures, Alumni Green on West Plaza

Join your classmates on the lawn of West Plaza for a “BLUE HOSE” breakfast and reception.   Reunion Class Pictures will be taken at this time (classes ending in a 3 or 8), so please don’t miss the opportunity to capture this special moment!

10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.  Alumni Association Annual Meeting, Edmunds Hall

Please join us for our annual meeting honoring alumni for their community service, personal and professional achievements, and dedication to PC.  We will also hear from President Lilly, receive a report from the Alumni Board, recognize the newest members of the Ben Hay Hammet Society, and take questions from you, our at-large members.

11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.   Homecoming Pre-Game Lunch, Bailey Memorial Stadium

Bring your children, family, and friends for lunch before the big game, located next to Hoseville.  Catered by Sodexo.

Adults: $13 and Children (12 and under): $8

Face painting, bounce houses, Carolina choo-choo, and a very special appearance from Scotty – more fun than their little Blue Hose body can handle!

12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m. Hoseville Tailgates

Stop by Hoseville for great tailgating and live music!  Park your cooler and mix and mingle with students, faculty and staff, and alumni.

12:00 noon – 2:00 p.m. Tailgate with the Faculty, Hoseville

Alumni and current students, be sure to stop by the faculty tailgate for a chance to visit with your favorite PC professors and their families.

2:00 p.m.  Presbyterian College vs. Point

All PC alumni, faculty, staff, and students and are invited to come out and celebrate Homecoming Weekend 2013! The evening will include fantastic music by the Palmetto Groove Band, door prizes, cash bar and heavy hors d’oeuvres and other activities for kids and adults alike.  Reunion classes (classes ending in 3 or 8) will have designated areas to catch up with classmates & friends.

Adults:  $20 in advance, $25 at the door

Kids 12 and under:  $10 in advance, $15 at the door

PC Faculty, Staff, and Students:  $10 in advance, $15 at the door
