Presbyterian College student receives SCACPA scholarship

Gabe Glover, a senior accounting and management major from Lancaster, S.C., at Presbyterian College was announced as a recipient of the South Carolina Associations of Certified Public Accountants’ scholarship.

The South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (SCACPA, www.scacpa.org) is a statewide professional organization representing more than 3,900 CPAs and accounting professionals.

“I heard about the opportunity through professor Lucking’s outreach,” Glover said. “I applied for the scholarship in an attempt to network with CPA firms in South Carolina.”

Glover was one of thirty graduate and undergraduate students across the state of South Carolina to receive this recognition.
