About Dr. Shealy
I am an advocate for the profession nationally through service with the American Pharmacists Association, American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists, and the American Association of Diabetes Educators, as well as at the state level as a former President of the South Carolina Pharmacy Association. I enjoy participating in community service through Girl Scouts and my church in Leesville. My husband Brian and I have 3 children-Kate, Jack, and James as well as pets Max, Daisy, and Hattie.

RESEARCH INTEREST:
Research interests include pharmacist reimbursement for cognitive services, pharmacist impact on: patient adherence, medication management, women’s health, chronic disease state management; pharmacist’s role/impact on continuity of care
FUN FACT:
I love spending time at Edisto Beach, SC with family and always look forward to football and baseball seasons, and NCAA March Madness. ESPN is probably my favorite channel!
