Moved to Charleston, S.C. and worked as a patient care tech on the pediatric cardiology step-down floor and ICU at the MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital for two years.

What are some of your hobbies or interests?

I grew up on a farm. I love riding horses and checking cows and bottle-raising baby goats and baby calves.

Why do you want to be a PA?

I want to be a PA to become a part of a care team that treats and helps heal patients.

Why did you choose the Presbyterian College PA Program?

The quaintness of the campus and the small-group setting that I witnessed during my interview made me realize I wouldn’t be just a number. The professors and advisors knew all the names of the students and had a great relationship with them.
