What activities and organizations were you involved in as an undergraduate?

I played intramural sports during my time as an undergraduate. Also, I was a member of Beta Beta Beta which is a society for Biology students. 

What did you do after you graduated? 

I shadowed providers in Family Medicine, Orthopedics, and Nephrology. Also, I completed the prerequisites that I needed in order to apply to PA school. I worked as a Community Health Worker for DHEC as well. 

If you’ve done any volunteer work, please list what you’ve done and where.

Miracle League of Union County Baseball Volunteer. After-school volunteer at Arcadia Elementary.

How or why did you become involved in this volunteer work?

I became involved with both of these organizations because it gave me the opportunity to work in the community. 

What are some of your hobbies or interests?

I am a high school football official in South Carolina. I enjoy playing sports as well as hunting and fishing. 

Why do you want to be a PA? 

I want to become a PA because it will give me the opportunity to make an impact on people’s lives through their medical care. Also, medicine is a field that I have always been interested in.

Why did you choose Presbyterian College PA Program?

I chose the PA program at PC because of its mission as it relates to the Christian faith which is extremely important to me. Also, I enjoyed the feel of the campus because of how similar it was to the school that I attended as an undergraduate.
