Get started by visiting the Office of International programs and talking to one of our staff-members about program options and the application process. Finding the right program for you can open up a wealth of opportunities.
Once you’ve found a program that fits your goals, the application process is simple. If you are accepted to an approved exchange program, you can usually study abroad for as long as one semester without paying any more tuition than you would normally pay for a semester at PC. If you want to stay longer, the Office of International Programs can help you find the funding you need.
We understand that choosing a location or program can seem overwhelming. While the ultimate decision about where to go is yours to make, we can help you to reflect on your motivations for studying abroad and how it that decision relates to your academic, professional, and personal goals. A clear sense of the answers to these questions will assist you greatly in making your final decision.
Studying abroad is a great way to complement your coursework and on-campus experiences. Now more than ever, cross-cultural experience or the ability to communicate in other languages is vital in the workplace and in daily life. Talk with us and your academic advisor about how to fit study abroad into your four-year plan!
