WHAT YOU’LL STUDY
The history minor is designed to satisfy the student for whom history is a fascination. You can earn a minor in history by selecting 18 hours of history courses at or above the 2000-level. You are free to select courses on any emphasis area or period of history that intrigues you.
You must take at least half of the hours required for the minor at PC. The Provost must approve any substitutions to the requirements of the history minor before completion of the amended requirement.
Speak with your advisor or the chair of the History Department about any additional requirements for the history minor.
