POLITICAL SCIENCE & PUBLIC POLICY MINOR

The Political Science and Public Policy minor provides an accessible and customizable curriculum for students who are interested in politics but are otherwise preoccupied by their major requirements. The minor requires 18 credit hours, which includes two foundational courses on U.S. Government and World Politics and four elective courses.


WHAT YOU’LL STUDY

Students who choose to minor in Political Science and Public Policy enjoy the flexibility of constructing a curriculum tailored to their interests, whether it be U.S. politics, public policy, international relations, or area studies. A minimum of half the required credit hours must be completed at PC, and a minimum GPA of 2.0 within the minor program is a prerequisite for graduation.
