On Saturday, February 8th, the Student Union board hosted a Speed Dating Event. Before starting the event, each person filled out a compatibility questionnaire. Jack Warren and Van Nibert co-hosted the event, providing questions and topics for each couple to discuss for two minutes. After the time ran out, the participants moved to the next person. At the end, everyone listed their top 3 for who’d they’d like to go on a date. The most compatible partnership based on the questionnaire and the speed dating event received a romantic dinner at Tupelo Honey in Greenville on Feb. 14. The winners were Katalin Bramblett and Jordan Hoffstelter, so ask them how their date went next time you see them!

“Why not spend time taking pictures of everything I love about PC!” Jada Suber is a photographer for the Blue Stocking. A Clinton native, she is a Chemistry Major and a Creative Writing Minor. She is President of the PC Pre-Med Club, a Hose Leader, and a member of the American Chemical Society. She is also a Hose Leader and a staff member for Figs and Thistles. She works in Springs and the Library.
