RSO Events & Gatherings

  • RSOs should follow all COVID Guidelines when meeting as a group, on or off-campus.
  • Wear face coverings when within 6 feet of others during formally scheduled and informal events, meetings, programs, and all other gatherings.
  • Attendance must not exceed the stated COVID occupancy limit for any event space.
  • We recommend using the CDC COVID Symptom Checklist (via LiveSafe App) at the start of every event, meeting, or gathering.
  • Events, meetings, programs, and gatherings should end by midnight – unless approved by VP of Campus Life or designee.
  • All food needs to be served in accordance with health guidelines.
  • You may register to host special large outdoor events with no alcohol.
    • Student Involvement will continue to work with RSOs to register outdoor events with attendance from 50-100 students. The event registration request form can be found on CampusGroups ( Contact Daniel Adams or Taylor Dement in Student Involvement.
  • You may register limited outdoor RSO events with alcohol
    • Outdoor RSO events at Bailey Stadium with alcohol can be registered on a limited basis. ARAMARK is the required third party vendor for alcohol. RSO training for Risk Reduction Managers must be completed in advance and host RSOs will pay for security.   • Social Events at Fraternity Court are not permitted. 
  • No outside guests permitted inside college facilities without prior written approval from the VP of Campus Life or designee.
