DESCRIPTION:The commissioning ceremony is for cadets who have successfully completed all of the requirements to graduate and commission a s a second lieutenant in the United States  Army.  The Highlander Battalion is composed of students from Presbyterian College\,  Lander University\, and Newberry College.  The Wysor Saber Award and the Kimberly Hampton Leadership Award will be presented to cadets who have distinguished themselves while participating in the ROTC program
