Benjamin MacMillan ’54
Benjamin W. MacMillan ’54 never forgot to give to the PC Fund. And after passing in 2018 at the age of 88, his generous planned gift will ensure that his beloved alma mater will not forget him.
The Charleston native is a posthumous inductee into the William Plumer Jacobs Society at the President’s Society level because he loved PC and the Presbyterian Church. A lawyer for many years in his native Charleston, he also was a member of the St. Andrews Society and First (Scots) Presbyterian Church in Charleston.
His brother, Paul was a member of the PC Class of 1941 and was known around his hometown as an avid Y-flier sailor.
