Sara Moody (Young) ’16 is helping strengthen leadership capacity across South Carolina through the development and statewide rollout of two flagship training programs within the Department of Public Health. From Vision to Impact: Pillars of DPH Supervision supports new and emerging supervisors by building foundational skills in communication, performance management, and team leadership. Supervising with Intention: A Development Series for DPH Supervision is designed for experienced supervisors and focuses on strategic leadership, change management, employee engagement, and organizational impact. Together, these programs have reached supervisors across multiple regions of the state, equipping leaders with practical tools to better support their teams and improve workplace culture.
