Submit Event

This form is to be utilized by any undergraduate or graduate student organization, faculty, and staff who would like to host an event on or off campus. All registered campus events will be reviewed, then included on the all-campus calendar if relevant. This form is NOT for Weekly Announcements. Weekly Announcements should be filled out at this following form.

Event sponsors are reminded that organizers and attendees are required to comply with all Presbyterian College policies and procedures as stated in the Honor Code and the Garnet Book. In addition, all Federal, State, and Local Laws and any individual organizational policies and procedures must be obeyed.

This form must be submitted by Wednesday at 5 p.m. of the week you would like to hold the event or at least 72 hours prior to the start of your event. Please make sure that you have gone through the proper process of having your event approved before submitting this form. If you have any questions, please contact Marissa Buck at mabuck@presby.edu.
