“Scotoberfest 2015″–Hosted by the History Department
(Bell next to Neville Hall)

Get your kilts, lederhosen, and drindl ready for Scotoberfest 2015! The festival will give students, faculty, staff, and alumni the opportunity to experience a (mostly) authentic blend of Scottish and German heritage with food, music and games. The event takes place on around the bell next to Neville Hall. All are welcome. (Kilts, lederhosen, drindl–great if you got ‘em–not required.)

Official kick off of the public phase of the campaign to raise a total of $11 million to renovate and add on to Neville. All are welcome!

Ben Hay Hammet Society Reception

This reception honors the members of the class of 1965 on the occasion of their 50th class reunion. Others in attendance include members of classes prior to 1965 who have been inducted in prior years.

7:00-10:00 p.m.
Blue Pride Homecoming Celebration and Food Truck Bash
(Bailey Memorial Stadium)

Reunion classes (classes ending in ’00 and ’05) will have designated areas to find their classmates; food trucks (with PC alumni owners/connections) will provide their culinary delights for our alumni and guests; a band will provide music so you can dance the night away; beer truck and wine available. Last year’s Friday night celebration was a hit–don’t miss out on the fun this year!

Cost: $5.00 entry fee/adult; children 12 and under get in free; food trucks and beer/wine will have food and drink available for purchase.

There will be refreshments available from 8:30 to 9:30 in the lobby. The Alumni Association will honor several award recipients and will hear from members of the PC music program. All are welcome.

Frankie “Porkchop” Ginn Tree and Picnic Area Dedication
(Old Bailey Stadium–Lacrosse Field)

Join us to honor the memory of “Porkchop” who worked for many years with PC Campus Services. Beloved by students, faculty and staff alike, Porkchop especially loved helping students.   Through the donations from family and friends, a tree was planted in Porkchop’s memory and a picnic area established at the Lacrosse Field area (Old Bailey Stadium). We will dedicate this area following the awards ceremony.

Come join your fellow Blue Hose for a tailgate lunch provided by Sodexo at the Stadium. The alumni tent will be adjacent to the Faculty Tailgate. Also, this year there will be the 25thanniversary of the establishment of sororities on campus. Panhellenic Council will have an adjacent area providing dessert for sorority alumni and guests.

Cost for meal at Blue Pride Tailgate: $12.00/adult; $8.00/children 12 and under (no charge for Faculty Tailgate or Panhellenic Council Tailgate)
