Our Commitment Our Promise
The Presbyterian Promise Scholarship is our commitment to recognizing students for their affiliation with the Presbyterian Church. Through this signature scholarship, PC seeks to develop students academically and spiritually— because your faith and your future both matter here.
Central tenets of the Presbyterian tradition such as the life of the mind in service to God, the priesthood of all believers, and a life of gratitude lived in response to God’s grace are at the heart of who Presbyterian College is.

Award Details
- Eligibility
New incoming undergraduate students qualify for the Presbyterian Promise Scholarship by indicating their membership in a Presbyterian church, or their attendance at a Presbyterian secondary school, on their application.
- Terms
This scholarship may not be combined with other merit scholarships. The total financial aid award, including federal, state, and private scholarships, may not exceed direct costs. If you qualify for any merit scholarship worth more than $24,000 per year, you’ll receive the larger financial award instead, as it already exceeds our minimum commitment.
