With years of frontline care in a Level One Trauma Center, Professor Cali now serves as the Program Director for the Physician Assistant program, where her leadership is shaping the next generation of compassionate, skilled healthcare providers.

Professor Cali’s approach to medicine centers on the belief that every patient deserves to be seen, heard, and treated as a whole person—considering not only physical symptoms but also emotional, social, and environmental factors. This philosophy guides their teaching and mentorship, inspiring students to adopt a truly patient-centered perspective in their future practice.
