Ms Mary Leonardi

Ms. Leonardi became part of the Presbyterian College family in April 2020, joining the Physician Assistant Program as Associate Clinical Director and Principal Faculty. She brings with her a strong background in science education. She received a Bachelor in Science (BS) in Zoology and a Master in Teaching (MAT) from Duke University. She has been in the classroom for more than twenty years, including twelve years as Adjunct Faculty with USC Upstate teaching Anatomy and Physiology and, most recently, six years as Instructor with the Wake Forest University Physician Assistant Program. She graduated from the Wake Forest University Physician Assistant Program in 2014 with a Master in Medical Science (MMS). She has been a board-certified physician assistant in hospital medicine since that time and continues to work clinically with Self Regional Healthcare as a hospitalist PA.
