Emily Hughes

Emily Hughes is the Director of the Scotsman Club and a Development Officer at Presbyterian College. Since joining Presbyterian College in 2022, Emily has embraced the strong sense of community that defines the Blue Hose Family. She values the relationships she has built on campus and finds it deeply rewarding to help uncover and share the many stories that make PC such a special place to so many.

One of Emily’s favorite PC traditions is hearing the bagpipes at graduation, particularly as seniors make their ceremonial walk through the doors of Neville Hall for the final time as students. A moment that never fails to give her chills. Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with her husband and their toddler daughter, who keeps them busy and laughing. A Clemson graduate, Emily appreciates the path that led her to Clinton, South Carolina, and to Presbyterian College.

And when it comes to motivation, Emily’s hype music of choice is anything by the Backstreet Boys!
