Emma Reabold ’13

President

Emma Reabold ’13 serves as executive director of strategic initiatives at Presbyterian College,
where she works closely with President Anita Gustafson and campus leadership to advance the
college’s strategic priorities and support major institutional initiatives across the campus.
In this senior leadership role, Reabold helps coordinate cross-campus planning efforts, supports
presidential initiatives, and works to ensure that strategic goals are implemented effectively
throughout the institution.

A 2013 graduate of Presbyterian College, Reabold earned a Bachelor of Science degree in
psychology and English, graduating cum laude. She later earned a master’s degree in counselor
education from Clemson University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in educational leadership
and policy at the University of South Carolina.

Before returning to her alma mater, Reabold served as vice president for development and
campus services at South Carolina Independent Colleges and Universities (SCICU), where she
worked closely with the organization’s president and board of trustees to advance initiatives
benefiting South Carolina’s independent colleges and universities. Her responsibilities included
strengthening partnerships with corporate and philanthropic organizations, coordinating
collaborative efforts among institutional leaders, and overseeing communications and shared
services initiatives.

Throughout her career, Reabold has developed expertise in higher education administration,
strategic planning, organizational leadership, and collaborative problem-solving. As an alumna
and higher education leader, she brings to her work both a deep appreciation for Presbyterian
College’s mission and a commitment to helping shape its future.
