As a physician assistant, I have spent most of my career serving patients in emergency medicine. The remaining time has been in women’s health, family medicine, and urgent care. I am passionate about Lifestyle Medicine and how we can educate our students and our patients to make simple lifestyle modifications to improve, reduce, and prevent chronic disease. I am completing my doctorate in Health Science Leadership in Clinical Practice and Education. My research focus is on how adhering to healthy lifestyle choices impacts student outcomes.
