Research or Areas of Specialty
I utilize molecular dynamics (MD) simulations to investigate the structure and dynamics of complex biomolecular systems. My work spans a range of systems including lipid bilayers, transmembrane proteins, liposomes, curved membranes, and multilayer bilayer systems. I design and conduct MD simulations to explore membrane-protein interactions, bilayer mechanics, and dynamic structural changes, using both atomistic models. This research provides mechanistic insights into membrane-associated processes relevant to biophysics and biomedical applications.
