Chief Operating Officer New Orleans Chamber of Commerce

Ashley Sprott Hilsman ’08 was recently named the chief operating officer of the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce.

Ashley began her career at the Chamber in 2017 as the events director before accepting promotions to vice president of events and community engagement in 2020 and executive vice president in 2022. Ashley is also a float captain with the Krewe of Tucks, a board member for New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute, and a member of the New Orleans Jazz Museum Improvisations Gala Planning Committee. In 2023, Ashley was named to the Forty Under 40 list by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.

She resides in Central City with her husband, Win, their daughter, Elizabeth, and their dachshunds, Folly and Myrtle.
