Employee Resources

Presbyterian College offers a wide range of benefits designed to support your total wellbeing. As a True Blue employee, you’ll have access to comprehensive health insurance with the College paying a portion of the premium cost, with options for pre-tax payment of your contribution. Our benefits package also includes dental coverage, life insurance equal to your annual salary (rounded to the nearest thousand), accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and long-term disability coverage for eligible employees.

The College provides retirement benefits through TIAA-CREF, with both a basic program for eligible full-time employees and supplemental retirement options allowing voluntary pre-tax contributions. We support educational advancement through tuition remission opportunities for eligible employees, spouses, and dependent children at the undergraduate level, plus potential tuition exchange programs with other institutions.

Additional benefits include an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), workers’ compensation coverage, social security, free admission to many College-sponsored cultural and athletic events, and facility usage privileges. These benefits reflect our commitment to supporting our employees as they serve and contribute to our Presbyterian College community.
