Move-In Day is one of the most exciting and memorable moments of the year for college students. Whether you’re stepping onto campus for the first time or returning for another great year—it’s a time filled with anticipation, fresh beginnings, and the start of new friendships.

Move-in Requirements
Students must complete move-in requirements before receiving their key on move-in day:
New Students
Pay your enrollment deposit of $300
Submit all immunizations to Health Services at simccar@presby.edu.
*Includes athletes
Your high school or institution must submit your final official transcript to our office at admissions@presby.edu by July 15.
An official transcript is only marked complete if we receive it from the high school or institution. High school transcripts should include your graduation date. College transcripts should include final grades for all courses taken. If final transcripts are not received, it may impact the disbursement of financial aid and/or awarding of transfer credits.
Complete any unsatisfied requirements and tasks on your Financial Aid Checklist found in BannerWeb. If you are receiving student loans, you will also need to accept your loans.
- Look for the FINANCIAL AID tab and click on it.
- Click on Financial Aid Status then pick the 2026-27 Aid Year from the drop down box.
- On the next screen you will see a sentence that says you have unsatisfied “student requirements” in blue font – click on those blue words.
- Now you should see the link for the document to complete online.

You must register your vehicle if you have one on campus. Visit The Permit Store to register your vehicle.
If you are not bringing a vehicle to campus, please email campuspolice@presby.edu with your name and student ID number.
This is required to clear your parking requirements.
You can upload a photo to be used on your Student ID. Click Upload Photo to see the photo requirements and submit your image. The checklist item will be marked complete once your photo has been reviewed and approved.
Submit your housing application through a platform called The Housing Director. Once the platform is open, you’ll be notified via email so you can complete the housing application.
Commuters must complete housing exemption form and be approved.
Fall payment arrangements made by July 15th.
Returning Students

Get Prepared for Move-In What to Bring
Welcome to the PC family! We look forward to meeting you and getting to know you in your transition to college life at PC. Please take a moment to read through the following information before you start packing!
What’s Provided
Your Room Is Ready for You
Your room comes furnished with the essentials you’ll need to get started. Explore your residence hall for building-specific room layouts and amenities. The following is provided for every room:
- Twin XL bed with mattress
- Desk
- Desk chair
- Dresser
Room Care & Maintenance
Custodial service is provided for community areas and community bathrooms in the residence halls. Students are responsible for the proper upkeep of their rooms and bathrooms. Maintenance Services can repair damage in rooms throughout the year when requested as they may occur.
To prevent damage, you are not allowed to nail items to the walls. The school does not endorse any adhesive hanging strips.

- Power strip (a flush 90-degree plug is recommended to save space)

Housing & Roommates
Housing assignments may continue to change as Move-In Day approaches. Review the information below so you know what to expect before you arrive. Questions about your assignment? Contact Residence Life at reslife@presby.edu or 864-833-8277, open 8:30am – 5pm Monday through Friday.
- Confirm Your Room Assignment
Check BannerWeb to confirm your roommate for the fall semester. Some students’ room assignments may change before Move-In Day.
- If You Receive a New Roommate
If you’ve been assigned a new roommate, their contact information will be available in BannerWeb so you can connect before arriving. Spaces cannot be held in double rooms.
- Don’t Have a Roommate Yet?
If you do not currently have an assigned roommate, please be aware that we continue to make assignments even as the start of the academic year approaches. It is most likely there are no single rooms and very few remaining open spaces available at this time.
Presbyterian College does not allow pets on campus. Students with an Emotional Support Animal must work with the Accessible Education Office prior to bringing the animal to campus. Bringing unapproved animals to campus may delay the move-in process and result in sanctions including additional fees. While not required, it is strongly suggested that students with service animals notify the appropriate offices in advance. For more information, please email accommodations@presby.edu.
Meal Plans
Meal plans at Presbyterian College are designed to support your campus experience with convenient, flexible dining options that keep you fueled and connected throughout the day.
If you need to change your meal plan, email Residence Life at reslife@presby.edu with your name, ID number, and requested plan as soon as possible. All changes must be made before classes begin and cannot be processed afterward.

Available for an additional cost and includes additional Bonus Bucks
170-block meal plan
Available if you live in Spradley, the Townhouses, new upperclassman housing, or are student teaching this fall
Commuter meal plan
