  • Registered mail
  • Postage stamps
  • Signature and delivery confirmation
  • Daily mail delivery to student, faculty and staff mailboxes
  • Shipping options available through USPS, UPS & DHL

Postage purchases & shipping charges can be made with cash, Visa or Mastercard.

Mail Center Hours

Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

Sending mail to PC students

It is important that mail is correctly addressed to you. This avoids delays and ensures that mail is delivered.

Please use this format as your mailing address:

Your Name
Your Student Box Number
207 East Maple Street
Clinton, SC 29325

For the best possible service, you should:

  • Use a full formal name (first and last name, no nicknames)
  • Provide a delivery and return address
  • Use two-letter state abbreviations and common abbreviations
  • Eliminate all punctuation
  • Use Zip + 4 codes (e.g. 28223-0001)

How to pick up mail and packages

When your mail and packages arrive on campus, a Mail Center staff member will scan the tracking number and assign the package to you. You’ll receive a notification email on your PC email account stating “You have mail / a package.” Stop by and present your PC student ID to the staff member to receive your delivery.

**A second email notification will be sent seven days after the Mail Center receives the package. Packages not picked up within 15 days of receipt will be returned to the sender.

Lost packages

Having a lost package can be frustrating. Contact the Mail Center staff with the package tracking number, and we will do our best to find the package location.

Change of Address

You may want to have your mail forwarded to your home address or change your address at the end of the academic year. This is an especially good idea in your senior year. You can do so by visiting your local Post Office or by completing a Change-of-Address Form on USPS.com.

Our local USPS office is located at 202 Elizabeth St. Clinton, SC 29325.
