The Office of Spiritual Life at Presbyterian College serves as a resource and support for the ministry of congregations, larger church bodies, and other church-related institutional partners.
At PC, we understand our work of church relations to be about nurturing a healthy ecosystem of calling through supporting congregations and nurturing leaders for the church. This involves guest speaking and preaching at churches, leading vocational discernment workshops (on campus and off campus) with church youth groups, and supporting our Alumni in Ministry.
As a way of intentionally living out our Presbyterian Church (USA) identity, we have launched the Presbyterian Promise scholarship, signed partnership agreements with seminaries, and host the School of Theology for the five PCUSA presbyteries in the state of South Carolina.
As part of our ecumenical and interfaith work of supporting leaders in ministry, we have partnered with the Lake Institute on Faith and Giving to offer the Executive Certificate in Religious Fundraising.
