What activities and organizations were you involved in as an undergraduate?

During my undergraduate studies I was on a DI NCAA Women’s Bowling Team. I was also involved in the Student Athlete Activities Committee (SAAC) and The Hidden Opponent.

What did you do after you graduated?

After graduating in 2021 I went back to school the next fall to begin my Masters and take additional classes to help in my entrance to PA school. During this time I worked at a local ED as a phlebotomist to gain patient care experience.

What are some of your hobbies or interests?

I enjoy watching Netflix, bowling, and spending time with my friends, family, and my puppy.

Please include any family information if you’d like.

My family consists of my two parents, my sister; Jessica, my twin brother; Matthew, and my puppy; Hansel. Without these people, puppy, and my grandparents I would not be the person I am today nor would I be where I am.

Why do you want to be a PA?

I admire the flexibility and collaboration I witnessed among PAs during my healthcare experience. I love the personal connections PAs can make with their patients and the ability to help patients in a unique way.

Why did you choose Presbyterian College PA Program?

The professors cared for me as a person and not just another statistic and/or number on a piece of paper. The welcoming environment PC offered made me sure I would be a successful PA-S at PC.
