ABOUT DR. Miller

Originally from South Carolina, Blake Miller obtained his B.S. in Biology from Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC. He then obtained his Pharm.D. from Wingate University School of Pharmacy in NC. After pharmacy school, he was a pharmacy practice resident with Carolinas Medical Center – NorthEast in NC focusing on ambulatory care. He then became board certified as a pharmacotherapy specialist. After residency, he worked as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist/Coordinator on the Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplant Service for several years with Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. He then moved back to South Carolina and holds his current role as an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice and the Assistant Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Presbyterian College School of Pharmacy in Clinton, SC. His clinical practice site is at the Heart Failure Center within Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System where he is a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist. His wife is also a pharmacist and they have 2 sons. He thoroughly enjoys hanging out with his family as much as possible. He also enjoys the beach, working out, watching and playing sports, and shag dancing.
