About Mr. Hoff

Scott Hoff enters his 2nd year as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at PC. After serving his first year at PC with the men’s soccer and baseball teams, he will now act as the primary athletic trainer for the men’s and women’s wrestling program.

Prior to coming to PC in July of 2018, Hoff served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Northern Illinois University. During his stint at NIU, he worked primarily with the wrestling program while assisting with other sports, such as, baseball, football, volleyball, softball, gymnastics, tennis, and track & field. Scott also served as a preceptor for the NIU undergraduate athletic training program.  He earned a Master of Science degree in Education with an emphasis in Exercise and Sports Psychology from Northern Illinois in May 2018.

Hoff received a Bachelor of Science in Education and Human Science with a concentration in Athletic Training from the University of Nebraska- Lincoln in May 2016. While serving as a student athletic trainer with the Cornhuskers, he worked with the wrestling, baseball, football, and women’s volleyball teams.

Hoff earned his national certification as an athletic trainer in 2016 and is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and the South Carolina Athletic Trainers’ Association.
