The Townhouses are our two-floor, upperclassmen townhome style living. The Townhouses are composed of three blocks; A, B, and C each containing five separate units that share walls with one another. Each unit is a multileveled building that can hold either four or six individuals. The six-person units are on either end of each townhouse block and feature a double room on the ground level, with the remaining double and two single rooms residing on the second level. The four-person units feature a double room and two single rooms all residing on the second level. Each unit has a common half bathroom on the first floor, a shared full bathroom on the second floor for the single-room occupants, and a full bathroom in each double room. Each townhome also comes with a full kitchen, dining room area, an unfurnished living room area to fill with your own furniture and decorations, and access to an outdoor patio.

The Townhouses are located further down East Maple Street and is directly across from Fraternity Court, near the football, softball, and baseball stadiums, and share a parking lot with the Multicultural Student Union House. Parking is outside of each townhouse and is reserved for Townhouse residents only, which is marked specifically on their parking pass sticker and monitored by campus police.
