On September 26^th, the Student Union Board hosted Coffee and Canvas, an event designed for students to have an opportunity to relax and hang out with friends at the end of another school week. SUB provided coffee and cupcakes from Clinton’s own Yo’ Cup Yogurt and Coffee House, and students participated in painting lessons taught by Erin Connolly, PC senior and art major, and Annalise Sinclair, Assistant Director of Student Involvement and Greek Life.

Inclement weather caused the event to be moved inside from its original location on the front steps of Neville Hall, but those in attendance still found Coffee and Canvas to be a great way to spend a Friday night with friends. “For this being the first time hosting this event, we were so pleased to see the amount of students who participated and we loved seeing how excited they were when they saw their finished art,” said Leah Lawson, SUB co-director.
