ESP inc., Doctor’s Without Borders, Alpha Omicron Pi

What did you do after you graduated?

I did a year of service with AmeriCorps at a nonprofit, Extra Special People (ESP inc.). My primary roles included leading programs, and providing patient care to our medically fragile participants.

If you’ve done any volunteer work, please list what you’ve done and where.

I volunteered at Extra Special People.

How or why did you become involved in this volunteer work?

ESP’s mission is to provide transformative experiences for people with disabilities and their families, changing communities for the better. The population that ESP serves is extremely underserved as well as medically fragile. I wanted to help further their mission.

What are some of your hobbies or interests?

Georgia football, live music, learning guitar

Why do you want to be a PA?

I always knew I wanted to pursue a career in medicine. The PA profession provides the opportunity for
lifelong learning and service.

Why did you choose Presbyterian College PA Program?

When I interviewed with PC, I was extremely impressed with all of the faculty and staff. They care about
their students and want to see us succeed! I also really enjoy being apart of a small cohort.
