John ’82 and Charlotte Verreault

As two of Spartanburg County’s finest community servants, John ’82  and Charlotte Verreault also are two of Presbyterian College’s best role models.

In addition to their generosity to  the PC Fund and the Scotsman Club, they have also contributed to the  Wachovia International Program,

the Promise of PC, and the Challenge and the Neville Renewed campaigns, as well as gave to the construction of Bailey Memorial Stadium and renovations to Springs Student Center.

But one of their last legacies to PC is the establishment of the John F. Verreault III Scholarship Fund in 2003 which established internship scholarships for rising juniors or seniors involved in Student Volunteer Services.

John is senior vice president for community development at TD Bank in  Greenville. He led the bank’s United Way campaign and has served as a member of Leadership South Carolina and the board of directors for Ten at the Top.

Charlotte is the former vice president for external affairs and university relations at Converse College and has served on numerous non-profit boards, including  Habitat Spartanburg, Spartanburg Day School, First Presbyterian Church of  Spartanburg, and the Spartanburg County Foundation.
